HEALTHFUL  is a Kwali4u service level partner.

We are a healthcare services platform that connects patients, doctors & health funders together.

Our objective is to make healthcare easier, cheaper and more accessible.

We do this by;

           ⁃         offering Telehealth consults to patients 24/7

           ⁃         cloud based electronic medical records(EMR) to practitioner

           ⁃         Integrated payment channels for health funders (cash/insurance) &

           ⁃         a suite of convenient health checks via mobile phone.

How it works is as easy as;

1. Send us a WhatsApp message with your details, conditions and request an appointment.
2. At this point you will be asked to make a payment for the appointment. Payment may be made through your Kwali Wallet.
3. Nurse will conduct health check & book an appointment with the earliest available doctor.
4. Doctor will receive Nurses clinical notes instantly and then WhatsApp call/video to perform consultation.
5. Doctor will action prescription/referral/medical certificate or diagnosis.
6. In addition, the Healthful platform offers ancillary services such as TeleDentistry, TeleRadialogy and monitoring devices where required.

Our vision is to contribute in alleviating the disease burden of Africa under the following context;

           ⁃         Africa is home to 14% of the world population but carries 1:4 of global disease burden

           ⁃         Yet serviced by only 3:100 global healthcare workers & 1:100 dollars of global healthcare funding

We believe our contribution via Telehealth, payments integration & network connectivity will alleviate this burden and possibly help Africans to live healthier, happier and longer lives.

Our approach extends to all stakeholders. That means easier, cheaper and more accessible healthcare for patients, doctors and funders.

For healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, dentists & pharmacists);

           ⁃         easier stems from the integrated EMR which means patient records are a live and continuous document.

           ⁃         Cheaper means less cost to service each patient leveraging the technology platform which means a profitable throughout

           ⁃         More accessible means they can work from anywhere, at any time and however suits them. Notwithstanding that in addition this is a Covid safe delivery method.

Our partnership with Kwali 4u will transform the payments & funding channels for Zimbabweans who previously could not afford care. Which again opens up access to many patients who would have found access difficult. Furthermore, health service providers have more options in terms of their revenue streams.

Our ambitions are to;

-build a network of 1,000+ tele-doctors to have capacity to service all Zimbabweans 3-5x per year

-Reduce the cost of consultations by over 50%

-increase speed & frequency of diagnosis by 5x
